Product Bundle

Need to create bundles from existing Opportunity Line Items or Quote Line Items? We call this “Bundle on the Fly“. This is very helpful in the situations where Sales Reps (provided they have necessary permissions to create Bundles) wants to save particular Opportunity Product configuration as bundles for re-use at later time. Here are the steps to create bundles on the fly –

1. Navigate to the Opportunity or Quote from which bundle needs to be created from
2. Click Bundle on the Fly button
3. Edit Bundle details and configure Bundle Items
4. Click Save and Close and you have your bundle ready with the right pricing
5. Change the status to Approved and your new bundle is ready to be sold

Look at Approval Process section to have a review process for bundles created by Sales Rep.
